Construction Dust Monitoring

Dust Monitoring can be alone or form part of an overall environmental monitoring programme for the measurement and analysis of environmental dust conditions on or around a construction site.

Construction Health & Safety

In the UK and worldwide there is an increasing awareness of environmental health, and the quality of the air we breathe. Dust monitoring on construction sites is the measurement and analysis of dust levels on and/or around a site. Overexposure to dust in the air is known to be the cause of serious health problems.

Local Authority EHO's

Environmental Health Officers from a Local Authority will often specify a requirement to monitor the dust levels, as part of a planning consent on and around a construction site. Indeed, monitoring of dust is now highly recommended for all construction site in the latest industry standard IAQM guidance.
